throughout the entire process of creating the contract.
Start by inserting a contract sample into the CONTRACTOR24, which you can then easily edit and make grafically neat using the intuitive editor. For parts of the contract which are INDIVIDUAL to every case, you will set up BLOCKS, which will automatically be filled in according to the client and contract information which you gave previously, when starting the process. You will set access rights for individual users, allowing them to edit contracts so that everything is ready to run. Based on the individual set of permissions, the user can then generate either contracts in their original form, contracts where he has added placeholders, or contracts that he has changed completely. All user activity including the changes he has made are recorded, which means you have complete control over your documents at all times.
You will insert basic client and contract information into the CRM system, creating the final contract with the simple click.
For cases when the contract requires filling in extra information we have placeholders (windows for inserting information) which are filled in before the final generation of the contract. Placeholders are filled in in a table that offers a list of the possible items missing.
The system CONTRACTOR24 further allows revision of contracts (usually done by the lawyer), their reverse control and allows you to look into them. You can then further adjust the contract state (to "proposlal", "signed" etc.), the dates of events and so.
Overall the CRM system (as part of the CONTRACTOR24) allows you to monitor the progression of your business case and its statistics, task management, calendars and much more.
